Madeleine Sidmalm, the communicator at Radiotjänst, explains how Answers has given them new opportunities to adapt the content after needs on the website.

– The purpose of ImBox is to improve the information and also the service level on our website. We want, in a simple and available way give our visitors answers to the most common questions asked for our customer service. We also want to highlight the currently relevant questions.

Visitors get even easier answers to their questions, it also means less incoming calls for our customer service. This increases the quality of both relevance and availability.

Because visitors can find information on their own on our website, they can quickly get answers to their questions without having to adjust to our opening hours on the phone.

Increased use of visitors

– We have increased the use of our FAQ on the website and we get more feedback on what visitors looking for, which helps us to become more relevant in 0ur responses.

We take care of all feedback we get to our FAQ and we update the responses on a regular basis, sometimes with new text, and sometimes we refer to, for example, linking directly to an information page or another question on the same topic.

The long-term goal is to be more accessible on our website.

Listening to our needs

The collaboration with ImBox works very well and they are very responsive and accommodating to what we want in terms of feature, design etc.
